The program is designed to suit candidates with a minimum of ten years of work experience with at least three years in a managerial or professional capacity. The Craig School of Business is currently recruiting executive candidates for the next cohort MBAe class beginning July, 2006.
Below is a tentative program schedule for prospective candidates such as you.
The MBAe Candidates Orientation and Boot Camp classes (foundation business classes) will begin in July 2006. Candidates will attend two weeks of intensive evening classes from 6 PM to 10 PM, Wednesday to Friday and Saturday morning 8:00 to 12:00 .
November, December, January
MBA Group II next two classes (MBA 212, MBA 213). One class will be from Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM, alternating with the next class on the next Saturday morning 8 AM to 6 PM for approximately eight weeks. The eight weekend classes will be scheduled within a two-month block with a few weekends off for holidays. The next set of classes will have at least one weekend off for a leisure break.
February, March
MBA Group II remaining set of two class (MBA 214, and MBA 215). Again, the classes will be scheduled on Saturdays 8 AM to 6 PM . The course descriptions (e.g. MBA 210, MBA 214, MBA 279, etc.) can be found in a current CSUF Catalog – see section on MBA.
April, May, June, July
MBA Group III classes. Candidates may request for coverage of specific business topics in this collection of courses meeting each class on alternating Saturdays 8 AM to 6 PM (MBA 279 below would be alternated with the last class.
September, October, November
Two MBA capstone classes (MBA 279 and MBA 298, a project class) and one MBA Group III course with an international focus. This course will be offered in conjunction with a 10-day international trip (air-fare and accommodations for each candidate will be covered by the program fee).
