Job Description
The Fresno County Office of Education provides leadership, services, and technical assistance to all of the county's school districts and charter schools, which encompass over 280 school sites. The Information Systems & Technology department provides Fresno County school districts with network and desktop support services, ISP services, and a custom developed financial software system for payroll, accounting, and personnel management.
As department Administrator, I am responsible for overall operations, strategic vision, budgeting and management of technical staff.

Critical Success Factors
In the ten plus years of working in the IT field, I have worked in positions ranging from Desktop Support to Network Engineer and now in Administration. I attribute my success to continuous professional development, including industry certifications and practical experience.
