Welcome to the website for the Department of Computer Information Systems and Decision Sciences! I encourage you to explore our website to learn about our curriculum and distinguished faculty.

Successful graduates of our degree and certificate programs in computer information systems now work as systems analysts, application developers, database administrators, network administrators, and project managers. If you like to work with information technology, but also like to apply this technology to practical problems and work with other functional areas of business – marketing, finance, and accounting – a program in information systems may be for you.

We offer a Computer Information Systems option for undergraduate Business Administration majors in the Craig School of Business. We also offer a Certificate in Computer Information Systems and a Certificate in Network Management for students who do not intend to complete the Business Administration/Computer Information Systems option.

Our faculty supports the decision science curriculum for the Craig School of Business. While we offer no formal decision sciences option, we have qualified faculty to assist students and the community in areas of statistics, quantitative methods, and management science.

I hope you enjoy your visit to our website. Please contact the Department by telephone or contact me via email if you have any questions about our program.
