Internship Worksite Employer Evaluation

Thank you for taking time to provide us with feedback on your student intern. The Craig School of Business will use the employer evaluation as part of its assessment process of student performance as well as the form of development feedback for the individual student. All results will be compiled and shared in one year end report. We encourage employers to share the results of the individual evaluation with the intern . All evaluations will be kept in the student's internship file. Students will have access to their individual file, including this evaluation. Please note: All fields must be filled in to complete the evaluation.
