Undergraduate Advising/ Tutoring Help
The staff of advisors at the Business Undergraduate Student Services office help business students identify and schedule appropriate courses necessary to satisfy university, business school, and accountancy option graduation requirements. The office also helps students with various administrative issues including declaring a business option (such as accountancy), articulation of courses taken at other universities, clearing prerequisites to allow enrollment in restricted courses, and guiding students regarding academic probation (including readmission).
Students enrolled in Accounting 4A & 4B and some upper division accounting courses can get tutoring help through the Learning Resource Center. Located next to the Peter’s Business Building, the Learning Resource Center provides specific course tutoring. It also provides workshops related to overall academic success including time management, note taking, exam strategy, and textbook reading skills.
