Honors Application Process

(First Friday in November)

Thank you for your interest in the Craig Honors Program. Below is a list of the required elements for the honors application.

Application Checklist

                        Completed application form
                                 please type or print clearly

                        Writing Sample
                                a recent paper written by you (no group papers, please)

                        Two faculty references forms (at least one from CSB)
                                faculty should send these forms directly to the Dean's office at the address below

                        Current grade status report
                                 ask faculty in your current courses to complete the form

Return completed application materials to:

Application materials must be postmarked on or before the first Friday in November.  Application materials can be hand-delivered to the Dean's office, Peters Building Room 282 (278-2482).
