Manuscript Preparation

  1. SUBMISSION:

    Submit three copies of your manuscript, together with a diskette ( 3 1/2" ) in Words 6.0 and ASCII format. Manuscripts will not be returned. A fee of $50 ($35 for GFJ subscribers) must accompany each submission. Make checks payable to Global Finance Journal and mail it to the editor's office .

  2. IDENTIFICATION:

    To maintain anonymity in the review process, only the title should appear on the manuscript. Attach a cover page with the title of the manuscript, the author(s), affiliation(s) and any acknowledgments.

  3. ABSTRACT:
    Include an abstract of 150 words or less on a separate page.
     
  4. TYPING:
    Double-spaced, allow one-inch margins on all sides.
     
  5. EQUATIONS

    Equations within the text should be centered on a separate line and numbered consecutively on the right margin in parentheses.

  6. TABLES AND FIGURES:

    Each table must be typed on a separate page and placed at the end of the article. Tables should have brief descriptive titles and be numbered consecutively. Figures should have explanatory captions and be numbered consecutively. Indicate the approximate locations of tables/figures in the text with a phrase such as [INSERT TABLE 1 HERE].

    Upon acceptance of an article, author(s) must furnish camera-ready artwork for all figures in a professional drawing on white paper.

  7. FOOTNOTES:

    Footnotes should be sequentially numbered using superscript numbers and typed on a separate page in an appendix titled "NOTES".

  8. REFERENCES:

    Cite references in the text by placing the author(s)'s last name(s) and year of publication within a bracket, e.g., Harman (1967). List all references in alphabetical order by author in an appendix titles "REFERENCES".
